Cancelling Your Reservation

You may cancel your Imperium Anchor reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit at any time before your unit ships — no questions asked.

Once your unit has shipped, the reservation cannot be cancelled. If it isn't a physical fit for you to carry, you have 7 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. This is not a performance guarantee — it is a fit window only. After 7 days, all sales are final.
